Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year!

It's been a while since I posted. Since the last post, we had a great trip to so. cal for Thanksgiving. A night in SLO with Firestone and Woodstocks, movies in the hotel room and all. Trip to Santa Barbara with a visit with Ashleigh and Trevor and meeting Baby Holden. Then to the Thanksgiving party with my mom's side of the family. All 7 Harmon brothers and sisters were there with spouses, kids, their kids and all. Gracie and Ben had a blast playing with everyone, Jim and I were able to talk with the adults and play with the kids too! We spent a couple days at my parents home and had a quadruple date night out (such fun). We lastly visited my Grandma in the hospital after hip surgery. It had been a long time since I had seen her and it was nice to visit, update her with what the kids were up to and such. She is now relearning to walk and is feeling better.

The rest of the weekends since Thanksgiving have been busy and fun. Shopping with girlfriends for Christmas Gifts, two trips to Lodi one for the Herbert Family Christmas and another for boys fishing trips, birthday parties, and the Nutcraker. There has been some rest involved and shopping is mostly done. Now it's time to wrap up presents and make some more cookies and watch more Christmas movies. Gracie can't wait for Santa to visit. The kids are having fun being off this week with Jim. I can't wait till Friday till I will be off with them for 10 days! Lot's of fun planned then too!



Below is a hilarious picture taken during Thanksgiving weekend. Charlee and the adults are the only ones smiling. Ben isn't happy. Gracie is giving the camera the evil eye and Sam is crying with his boot coming off his foot. This picture makes me laugh, and I love the crying baby/toddler photos with Santa that are popping up on facebook and in our mailbox. Last year Gracie and Ben were so happy to be with Santa, hopefully next year things will change!
